This one was a spur of the moment dinner. I’ve never made Rellenos before but they turned out really good! The sauce is just fire roasted tomatoes, grilled green onions, pine nuts, cilantro, and a few secret ingredients (mainly just Mexican spices and seasonings). Presentation was a little sloppy because i was in a hurry, wish i had made it look nicer but it tasted awesome so I don’t care.
