Tri-Tip Sliders with Blue Cheese Aioli

Lunch from leftovers

The best leftovers are the ones that can be used to make something just as awesome as the original dish. Took leftovers of the Rosemary and Garlic Tri-Tip previously posted and made a quick lunch. I got pretty fancy lighting from the afternoon sun. Maybe I should make dinner earlier?
